After securing the adjacent 2042 Wooddale property, we proactively approached Stantec (Formerly Wenck Associates), a company actively searching for new space for over two years. Within just three months, we successfully negotiated a long-term lease agreement.
Construction commenced in the fall of 2019; however, by spring 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic presented unforeseen challenges as businesses nationwide faced closures. Despite these difficult circumstances, we secured a local tenant to lease the remaining vacancy during the height of the shutdowns, greatly alleviating investor uncertainty.
Today, 2080 Wooddale is fully leased well into the 2030s, highlighting the property's lasting value and desirability. This project underscores our dedication to providing customized and
